Kansai Academics Working in English (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the protection of personal information of individuals, including members and others who contact the Organization. Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) The Organization does not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except as required by law.

The Organization implements necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to manage personal data securely. Article 5 (Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information)

Individuals may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure of personal information or records of provision to third parties, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision (hereinafter referred to as “Requests for Disclosure”) in accordance with the Act. Upon verifying the identity of the requester, the Organization will respond promptly in accordance with its internal procedures.
